Military Shipping information IE: Zip codes and Address need to be entered into system validation. Also need to add a help address section for anyone who resides within the military when they want to order items. |

Actually had to put my purchase in my cart 3 times before it actually locked in! The other times I put it there, it didn't stick and I had to start over with the order. Kept saying "error" for the webpage. Very time consuming in the long run. |

Called to get help on a problem with an on line purchase. The gentlemen from India was no help at all and when I asked for a supersvisor I was put on hold. Finally the call was dropped after a long wait. First delivery date was extended a few days after the order and when I called to cancel i was told I couldn't as the Item had shipped with yet another delivery date. |

great site..,I got lost and you helped find me and the order went through await dell no. 3 ..got the machine out of the package pklugged it in and what a pain it has been since I bought it. Virtually no paper work..have to go to the web..will not as it does not service a land line..a lot of things that seem to be permanently on it would be great if I was a teenager..went and tried to transfer programs from my computer a dell inspiron and found that nothing is compatable..so the savings weill be spent on new programs..every piece wants to go to the web..found out I can get to the web thanks to Best Buy and 50 bucks..well next is a return..a lot of scmaltz and no heart..after buying my last two computers from dell..no more and no more recomending scmaltzy microjunk..really happy with this purchase. |

Verry hard to place an phone order; the automated phone system was not specific enough to answer my questions and kept refering to others. The online chatt was too slow because of my internet hook up. |

I have navigated many shopping websites in the past few years. This kept telling me I had errors "highlighted" below. Not so! I feel this shopping website is one or the slowest and difficult to use that I have experienced in many years. |

Have been atttmpting to order 3 black & 1 colored printer cartridge for over 2 hours - at least. Have ordered several times previously with the last time being 10-29-2011, which I finally ended up talking to a Dell rep to order. System would not recognize me, my address, my password - NOTHING. Why can there not be a record of me and previous orders to expediate the situation? So time consuming & frustrating. Actually this is 2nd attempt in a couple of months; just quit the previous time. Ink seems to be a lot less than previously, maybe 50% less. |

Since my order was first placed, it was cancelled on me, and I was forced to reorder. I was never informed there would be a verification process for higher priced items, and I was working when dell called to verify. I had to re-order, which forced the delivery time to start over, and it could only be sent after my cancelled order was refunded and re-debited. |

Pricing seems to be too high. Would like to know how many sheets can be printed from "High" cartridges as opposed to "Standard". It does not give you this information. Also, I had a coupon sent to me in the mail and I could not use it. The code was: HM83Z5JM?VV2C, Can you explain why I couldn't use it, as the order page did not. Thank you. Pat Trevi |
