This is the second time I have ordered from this company. The first was to buy an Xbox 360 4gb.... it took a month to arrive, but I figured it was just a fluke. This time I have ordered a new hard drive with a rebate....after not hearing from them a week after ordering, I sent their customer service an email. Their email basically said I'm out of luck (almost sounded like a form letter response), so I contacted them a few more times, and I started to get responses from real people....however the answer was still I might be out of luck getting my rebate. Background: the rebate must be sent in within 21 days of purchase, and the last day to purchase is Jun 30th. Well this company (doesn't charge you until it ships)---and that's fine with me, if they wouldn't take more than 30 days to ship all their items. This WILL be the last time I buy anything from them, I hope they get me my drive before the final day...GRRRR |

Had trouble paying via paypal. I need to have my package shipped to a different address than my billing address. I was trying to set my billing address to a different address and I ended up switching my billing and shipping addresses, which caused my order to be declined because my billing address was incorrect. After redoing my purchase, I was able to get it submitted correctly. Received my package fairly quickly and in excellent condition. |
