I found the ordering process easy enough but a couple of days after my order was placed i received an email stating that the part I ordered was unavailable and that they were sending an alternate part that was more expensive. Upon receiving my part I installed it and everything seemed fine. However, after only two weeks the part quit working and I am now once again without my TV! Of course the return policy is 14 days so it's my loss. I am not a very satisfied customer at this point. |

So far I have had good experiences when ordering with A Matter Of Fax. I can't complain at all. Very easy to navigate through the website, charges are detailed and shipping is prompt. |

Item was in stock, shipped and delivered very quickly. I also received a call before my order was completed offering a lower cost alternative. While I stuck with my original order, I was appreciateive of the offer. I've purchased for A Matter of Fax before and will do so again in the future. |

I was unable to locate my toner locally. Members at my POST when they last replaced toner put to empty cartridge in box and left it by copier. I needed toner quick and you came to my rescue. It was a pleasure doing business with your company. THANKS Outstanding service. |

I only need to buy replacement lamps once in awhile. When I need the next replacement lamp I willl definitely be ordering form A Matter of Fax. as their service was excellent. I was impressed. |
