very quick service at excellent prices. Beat everyone else "hands down". Had a slight problem with shipping charges, but a quick phone call to a very pleasant young lady and within 5 minutes, it was totally yaken care of. I would definitely do business with them again. |

I did not see anywhere about shipping charges and not until my invoice was emailed to me did I realize I was paying extra, unexpected shipping charges. I immediately call customer service and my issue was corrected immediately. Great service for a mistake that may or may not have been my fault. |

My purchase was for office supply and had to be paid with corporate credit card that requires tax exemption and not to mention secure transaction. Ordering from AMF fulfilled all those requirement and I was pretty happy about it. |

I did not see the shipping charges until after I submitted the credit card information. I called to cancel my order because the shipping charges made the item more expensive compared to other on-line competitors. The sales agent that I spoke to offered to ship for free. This turned things around for me. He also asked if I would like to order a toner for the machine. I agreed that would be wise. I quite like the machine. Thank you! |

I was completley satisfied with the ordering process, and timing I receved the product. I was not able to use the lightbulb immediately upon recept, but when I did plug it in, it work fine. I will order form this company again. |
