Compared to previous online purchases this was one of the easiest. Customer service was courteous and professional and knowledgeable. The price was the lowest reputable price on the web, plus they offered free shipping and best of all no tax. We placed our order online and it was very easy, we recieved our order confirmation just a few minutes after we placed the order. The following day we recieved our shipping confirmation with a tracking number so we could see where our printer was. The printer arrived about five or six days after we placed our order. When it delivered in was in perfect shape. I had un packed and set up in about twenty to thirty minutes. The printer works great and came with just about everything you would need. The only thing not in the box was a USB cable, but that was fine I just used the one off of our old multi-function. I ordered a new light for my overhead viwer. They were very helpfull in finding finding the right light and shipped it out and I received it in great shape within 3 days without having to pay any extra. Great service and I would use them again. |

I decided to try A Matter of Fax because they had the cheapest price for my toner and offered no taxes and free shipping. Although the free shipping said that it would take 7-10 business days, I had more time than money. But *SURPRISE* my toner actually showed up the very next day! Will definitely use them the next time my toner is low. |

I had a great experience with A Matter of Fax. I was in the market for a Sony XL-2400 Replacement Lamp for my Grand WEGA 3 LCD Rear Projection HDTV. They had the best price, got the lamp to me quickly and safely with no issues, replacement was a breeze. Would recommend this company. |
