These guys are awesome - best customer service so far. I ordered my monitor and paid for ground shipping. SecureMart shipped it overnight!!! Then FedEx messed up with the delivery; I called SecureMart and guess what: they shipped another monitor and within 2 days I received it. The customer service is exceptional and I would definitely use them in the future so I highly recommend this merchant. Keep up the good work and thanks for all your help! |

Ordered it Thursday morning and it came here to Ohio on Friday. Doesn't get much better then that. Was actually going to order from Amazon but they showed a $600. discrepancy and would not answer emails so went to Securemart and was pleasantly surprised. |

Pros: AMAZING SHIPPING, if you are in CA, they ship from CA... I live in PA, they ship from NJ. Placed order on Thursday Morning, Cleared, revieved it Friday 10am. Cons: Not there fault... 200mm fan did not work, but due to computer experience, I was able to adjust it without RMA. Other: EVERYTHING ON THEIR PART WAS AMAZING... About the 200mm FAN, I will post on a forum on how to fix such problem. |

Roku SoundBridge 1001M. I've never received faster/better service from any internet seller! Ordered early Monday a.m. FedEx Ground had received the package the same afternoon and I had the tracking number. FedEx put the package in my hands Thursday morning! I consider that extraordinary. Let me first say that I'm a professional that works at a high-end video facility. I ordered a hard drive from SecureMart via 2 day mail (same state). A week and a half goes by and they didn't even ship it. I had talked to T., the Manager of Customer Service and Sales, to find out what was wrong. He was rude, so I canceled the order immediately. Too bad for them. This was a initial "test" purchase to make sure they were a reputable company. I'll be conducting my business elsewhere. |
