Had a small issue with something breaking during shipping. Geeks.com rep was great, got me a return shipping label and is expressing a new unit to me tomorrow. It's nice to deal with a company who stands behind their products! Would definitely use again! |

I have ordered from geeks since 1998 the last 2 big orders both over 500$ i had problems laptop had a bad battery they refused to send just a battery and refused to let me send just the bad battery the only thing they would do is take whole laptop back then send me another 10days! or charge me for 1 before they ship This time a 500$ laptop busted display right out of the box i needed it very bad for school work again they wanted to charge me full price to cross ship i did get them to give me 2 day shiping but they wanted me to ship the broken 1 before they would i was told it would ship as soon as i droped off the broken 1 but it didnt i trusted them with 500$ on a description of a referb laptop they have 2 of my CC#s and acted like i was trying to rip them off! this time it left a very bad taste in my mouth and cost me at least 1 letter grade in school and i am only saving 20$ becuase i changed email and started a new account the 1000$ in6mos aint enough! last order from me ever |

Purchasing was easy. I liked being able to login with my Amazon account. Shipping was free and fast. It took 3 days with regular shipping. The product was not as nice as I hoped. The description said refurbished, but the case still had sticker residue and build up at the air intake slots on the front of the case. The system didn't boot, and the DVD won't eject without a paperclip. I can reload the OS, but the DVD problem is a show-stopper. I contacted geek.com and was able to quickly setup an RMA through a chat session. Customer service was excellent. I will try this one more time, but I'm hoping my next refurbished product has had a little more attention. |

I have been ordering from www.geeks.com for a very long time over five years. I have had problems with them on several occasions maby once a year but one of the good thing about them is that on every occasions they have resolved the problem without any hassle to me, ai just call and explain the problem they solve it. either through a RMA # or they send the missing party. I have always recommended geeks.com to all my friends. |

Geeks has been a place I have shopped at on and off for several years. In the very few instances I have had to apply for a return credit, I have never had any problems. Everyone I have dealt with at Geeks.com has been professional and friendly. |

Generally VERY happy with the geeks. Only exception is refusal to ship to my PO box even while using the post office to handle delivery. And no option for the UPS/FedEx services for PO box delivery either. Almost stopped using them because of it. What is the point of the discount if I have to sit home waiting for the package instead of earning money to pay for it? |
