This was a very rude and unprofessional seller.I placed an order one day and received an email starting they were out of stock. The following day I was on the website and saw the item still listed and placed the order. 5 days went by on a next day delivery item. I contacted the seller and he refused to refund me because he had better things to do. He explained he was out of stock for the item and I explained to him I saw it listed and thought he received more so I placed the order. He went on and on about this being a game and he had better things to do than to refund me.I filed a dispute claim with pay-pal to have a refund issued.This is unacceptable behavior. If he is out of stock on an item it should be listed on his website for ALL to see. I would never recommend this seller to anyone. I believe it may be a fraudulent company. He could have at least contacted me and informed me the website was incorrect and he did not have the product.
I never received the product,nor a refund! Retailer Response (04/11/2011): The customer called, I told her the watch was out of stock. She placed the order anyway. I sent the customer an email saying the watch was out of stock and gave her a refund. The next day, the customer placed another order for the same watch. So yes, I told the customer I had better things to do than play games. I really did not understand what she was doing or why. |

Web Site easy to use. Pricing very competitive,I found only one other Web Site with a less expensive price ($732.00). I was not comfortable with their site. The customer reviews convinced me it would be safe ordering from you. |

This merchant is the real deal. Aaron offers the very lowest prices on the entire web. The descriptions of the available watches are very easy to read and the pictures are clear and beautiful to see. I plan to give Aarons Watches my business as often as possible. I have been a watch collector since my teenage years and am now 56. What a great service! My order was filled and shipped promptly and it was fantastic being able to track the parcel. Experienced a bit of delay at Sydney Airport..but thats Australia for you!!! Buy with confidence; my experience with AaronsWatches.com was excellent. Before you buy, though, you should know the limitations (they're very open and transparent about them too): 1) No refunds. Store credit only. 2) No exchanges on watches that have been sized (this is common to many merchants). 3) No manufacturer's warranty on watches for which they are not an authorized dealer. They can/do watch repair themselves (trade repair too). The watch arrived sized and as described. |
