I have a defective lens and have contacted their customer service 4x by email. Their customer service is not available at night when I have the time to call. I will not buy from them again. Just tried to register the defective lens with Tamron, and they say the serial number in the box is not in existence, so why was it sold to me |

I have mixed feelings about this transaction. I purchased a Canon Mark IV based on good reviews recently for this site. The price was excellent. I received an email the next morning to call (which I did), and they didn't try to upsell too much. My big concern was they then added $200 on for "shipping insurance." On the website, before you check out, it states: "No hidden fees, no hidden shipping charges" but this was definitely a hidden shipping charge. I decided to go through with the order just based on the price being still competitive, but it does concern about the business practices. I'll update again when the order completes and I receive my camera. For now, my rating is both positive and negative. |

Absolutely horrendous experience. I'm wondering if all the previous reviews are real. Placed my order on Sunday 2/20, and received an upsell call on Monday. Not so bad, except dbuys added a $200 shipping insurance charge. First of all, the guy insisted that it is still "free shipping" which is a total lie. When I challenged the cost (considering UPS would only charge $60-70 for insurance), he said they used a "third party" insurance, and wouldn't give me the name. I should have known, but I let the order stay for a few more days. It's now been 4 days, and each day, the rep I speak to tells me it's going on in the next day or so. The last person I spoke with said he was a supervisor and all he kept repeating was that it hasn't shipped out yet (no duh) and that it might ship out soon. I cancelled my order, and I hope at least they're not a complete scam and don't try to hold onto my money like they did my order |

Dbuys had the lowest price on the internet and free shipping. It took a total of 7 days from time of order to delivery and the receiver was exactly what I was looking for. |

Have yet to hear that credit has been issued for items OL40150 and ZKFLKV58 on invoice #D3628294 and RA #657031, which were sold to me but were not compatible with the Olympus E-PL1 digital camera purchased from you on October 11, 2010. Your salesman should have known he was selling me the wrong lens. |

(Edited January 20th by hjd_john_7999067385) I ORder's Nikon D7000 on 12/8/2010 and later during christmas i took out my camera and started shoot and later when i view my image's file name it started from 9 hundred something which mean it was used!!! and it said "new" on the order status!! WTF I e-mailed them and the responded a little slow but they offer me a extended 3 year warranty which really just took care of my concern. |

The web site did not hold my email information; could not log in to check on my order. Initially, there was a glitch and the order was not processed. I was not contacted in order to correct this - only found out by calling. Was never sent an email to confirm my order. Could not track or get any information on the order |

When I found dbuys on the google search, I was a bit worry because the site look wasn't that "attractive"! But after reading some comments and reviews, I've been assured that it is a valid store. I've ordered my Canon T1i and I received it as I wanted, without any problems or complications! I even wonder how do they decrease their prices to that limit and sell good products. Anyway, I recommend it for anyone. |

After reading the reviews on dBuys.com and looking at the dBuys.com web site, I had an impression that I should call in the order and make sure that the item is in stock. When I called, I felt that the sales person was not interested in receiving my call. He answered briefly and suggested that I should just place the order online. I felt that he was trying to tell me "don't bother me." I ended up ordering online simply because dBuys offered the cheapest deal for Canon 60D with 18-135mm lens. At the same time, I ordered a few 60D accessories from Amazon. In a week, I received from Amazon while dBuys just finally sent out the order. I did receive the package after 10 days as promised. After playing around the 60D, no problem with the camera so I am pleased that I ordered from dBuys and saved some money, but the whole ordering process was not that pleasant. |

However, I was contacted and Dbuys made up for it by offering me a complimentary bag and tripod for the camera that I purchased elsewhere. I would shop at Dbuys again. |

i had sudden regrets after clicking the "buy" button for some reason. it was probably due to the seemingly doubtful website. my regrets were reinforced after reading a lot of negative reviews about the website. even after receiving the unexpectedly very quick arrival of my item, i was still skeptical that my produce would work because of all bad reviews i've been reading. but after testing my purchase, so far so good, it's working perfectly. so far i'm happy with them and even happier with the great price. just nervous because my item doesn't have the manufacturer's warranty. ...i'm crossing my fingers.. |

Not a good idea to buy from such merchant. Web site does not have any detail about product. Customer support is very very bad. In fact they don't consider you as a customer even. After placing order only you will come to know delivery timing, and their expedited charges are no where mentioned. So you have to pay stocking fee since you already place the order by the time you decide to cancel. I found an item has such a high price compare to other merchant in the same business. They charge very high re-stocking fee , are charging 5%-10%. Many other merchant does not have such fee. It seems this is how they make money. Overall I would rather abstain from buying from this company. |
