I placed an order with 99Perfume on Dec 12. On checking with their staff why the package was not received, I was told that the problem originated with PayPal because 99Perfume did not receive payment from them until Dec 18. Shipment of the package was delayed until Dec 20 with arrival on Dec 24 when my office will be closed. As a result, delivery will not occur until Dec 28 when the business reopens. After contacting PayPal, they informed me that payment to 99Perfume was made the same day that the order was placed (Dec 12) and that the company is incorrect when they indicated that there was a problem with the payment. Confirmation was received that this was the case. 99Perfume staff also told me that tracking information was sent to me when the shipment was made. I have no record of that email in my junk mail, the delete file or my inbox during that time interval. No attempt was made by the company to rectify this suggesting that I pay UPS $11 to ship to another address. |
